The Nigerian Police seems not to be resting in her resolve to disabuse the minds of our youths from getting involved in cultism and cult related activities and take the message to all nooks and crannies of Nigeria.

This resolve was further demonstrated when the National Coordinator of Police Campaign Against Cultism and Other Vices (POCACOV) SP, Ebere Amaraizu hosted the leadership of Agbaja Youths General Assembly, AYGA, in his office on Thursday.

The president of the association, Comr. Ebube Nebo told Mr. Amaraizu that AYGA is the umbrella body of all youth organizations in Agbaja land – made up of the present day Udi and Ezeagu LGAs of Enugu State.

The Leadership of AYGA briefed Amaraizu on their forthcoming ‘Youth Summit’ (second edition) on security and the need for the message of POCACOV to be heard by over 500 youths that will be drawn from the 40 wards that made up Agbaja land.

Mr. Amaraizu who also doubles as the Police Public Relations Officer, Enugu Command assured them that POCACOV is ready to collaborate with any organization that genuinely want to address the issue of security as it concerns the youths and cultism in our society.

Mr. Amaraizu further expressed that “POCACOV is all about you” and anything that will bring positive change in our society is welcomed as that’s part of the reasons IGP, Adamu Mohammed birthed the initiative.

In their remarks, the treasurer of the group, Comr.
