Tragedy struck on Friday afternoon at the popular Ogbete main market, Enugu as fire ravaged a section of the market.
The fire which started in the midday of Friday reportedly affected the foam section that’s close to the old park.
Though the cause of the inferno is yet to be established, our reporter gathered that the timely intervention of the men of the state fire service saved the day as they contained the fire and stopped it from spreading further.
