Nigeria on Wednesday, 6th May, recorded one hundred and ninety five (195) new cases of the COVID-19 bringing the total to 3145.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, disclosed this via their twitter account on Wednesday night.
The center said 82 of the new cases was recorded in Lagos, 30 in Kano, 19 in Zamfara, 18 in Sokoto, 10 in Borno, 9 in the FCT, 8 in Oyo state.
Also, Kebbi and Gombe states recorded 5 new cases each while Ogun has 4, Katsina 3, Kaduna and Adamawa 1 each.
534 has been discharged while the number of deaths has increased to 103.
