… Accuses him of being sponsored
Hon. Chidi Ilogebe an aide to His Excellency Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi the Executive Governor of Enugu state, has called out the young man who insulted the governor challenging him to a media chat to set the records straight about the achievements of the governor so far.
A young man in a video which surfaced on the social media accused the governor of not doing enough for the state.
But Hon. Ilogebe in a brief address to media men in the late hours of Saturday, 16th of May, 2020 on some of the comments made by the young man in the video said the fellow is speaking from the point of “acute ignorance”.
In his words; “I don’t want to believe that the young man is not sponsored by persons opposed to the Governor’s developmental strides. We know how these things work and we are very concerned because of the unsuspecting ndi Enugu that must have been swayed by his false narratives. Of course you should understand that he who controls the media controls the mind.
“In the light of this, I am challenging the young man who spoke from a point of acute ignorance to a live media chat (video) and he should bring his questions so I can cure his sickly ignorance if he truly needs cure.
“I am ready to face him on any platform or medium of his choosing as we would not allow nay sayers distract the progress of Gov. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi’s administration,” Ilogebe said.
Chidi Ilogebe should stop talking rubbish because he is a member in one of the cabinets of His Excellency. That he is a member of the cabinet dose not make you supper than that young man. So go and sleep you have no point
I have known Ilogebe Chidi for about 7years now, he is a man of integrity and can’t defend lies and falsehood.
When you peddle lies you will never agree to a physical debate! Let the man face and engage the SA so they compare facts if he is truly not sponsored to water down the governors effort
