The Governor of Enugu State, Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi will lead a 5-man committee that has been saddled with the responsibility of containing conducting the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Ondo state.
The primaries for the standard bearer of the PDP in the forthcoming election is scheduled to hold on Wednesday, July 22nd.
The National Chairman of the Party, Prince Uche Secondus who made the announcement stated that other members of the committee includes the governor of Adamawa State, Ahmadu Fintiri, Barr. Mrs. Chidi Onyemelukwe, Emeka Etiaba, SAN and Alh Mohammed Imam who will serve as the Secretary of the committee.
“The National Working Committee (NWC) of our great party @OfficialPDPNig under my leadership has approved the nomination of the following party members and leaders to serve on the Gubernatorial Primary committee in Ondo State.
“The Committee is mandated to conduct the primary election that will elect our Party’s Flagbearer in Ondo State, for the upcoming 2020 Governoship Election in the State.
“The Exercise is scheduled for Wednesday July 22nd, 2020 in Akure City, Ondo State.”
