Paramount Traditional Rulers of Nkanu Land His Royal Highness Igwe Barr Dr Julius Nnaji (Odezuluigbo II of Nike Kingdom) and His Royal Highness Igwe Abel Nwobodo JP (Awalagu 1 of Umuawalagu Community Nara Unataeze) have showered Royal Blessings to the Leadership of the Youths of Enugu East Senatorial Zone otherwise known as NKANU YOUTH COUNCIL worldwide.
This Royal meetings took place when a delegate of the Executive body of the Organization led by its National President Rt Comr Monday Diamond Ani (Odoziobodo) paid a scheduled Visit to the two Paramount Kings to share their vision and mission with them and also, discuss on the overall interest cum Welfare of Nkanu land.
According to the President of NYC: “Igwes Odezuluigbo II and Umuawalagu I are very paramount Kings in Nkanu Nation, they love what we have been doing, especially in the objective defense of a common Nkanu man, Youth emancipation and projection of Nkanu land.
His Royal Highness, Igwe Odezuluigbo II, who doubles as the Chairman, Council of Traditional Rulers Enugu East Senatorial Zone and fmr Chancellor of Federal University of Agriculture Makurdi said; “Nkanu Youth Council has so far made Nkanu Nation proud, your intellectual prowess and apolitical nature makes you unique.
“The elders of Nkanu Land are seeing your activities and are also praying for you people, I’m very proud of you, you have my Royal Blessings, and I will always give you my support for the betterment of Nkanu Land and Enugu State.”
Also in his message to the youths, His Royal Highness, Igwe Awalagu who is a Permanent Secretary Emeritus and fmr ENSIEC Chairman said; “Nkanu Youth Council has ancestral support and God’s blessings because the Spirit of Nkanu Land is very happy with your activities, we are seeing and hearing all you people are doing for the projection and protections of Nkanu Nation.
“I am happy with you my Children, you have proven to be worthy Sons and Daughters with conscience and integrity and I will always give you my support and fatherly blessings.”
An industrialist, Chief Bonny Edeh (Agbalanze), President General of Umuawalagu Community Nara Unataeze who also joined the delegate appreciated the highly respected PG, Agbalanze for his statesmanship role in the unprecedented progress and achievements of NYC.
The two Kings in their endorsement speeches promised to work with Nkanu Youth Council in their programs for the betterment of Nkanu Land, Enugu State and Society at large.
