President Muhammed Buhari has directed the security agents to use any lawful means to ensure law and order is returned in some troubles parts of the Nation.
The President gave the directive to security chiefs at their meeting at the presidential villa earlier today.
The special adviser to the president on New Media, Bashir Ahmed disclosed this today on twitter.
He wrote; “Hearts enveloped by emotions, sadness and grief for the events of the last 48hrs, may we never experience a similar chaos.
“PMB at the Security Council Meeting today, directed the law enforcement agents to use any lawful means to bring back law and order in the affected places.”

This directive of the President is coming after the gruesome murder of protesters at Lekki tollgate on the 20th of October by the army which also gave rise to violent protests across the nation and hoodlums hijacking the process and destroying national buildings as well as private establishments.
