The National Coordinator, Police Campaign Against Cultism and Other Vices (POCACOV), CSP Ebere Amaraizu has been applauded and presented with souvenirs and gift items by the All Stars International Football Club, Enugu which is made up of veteran football superstars who have made waves locally, nationally and internationally in the game of football.

The presentations was made on the occassion of the celebration of their end of the year/football season/recognitions of those that have participated in the development of the game through their various inputs which took place on 20/12/2020 at the mainbowl of the University of Nigeria Enugu Campus training pitch.

Presenting the sourvenir/gift items to appreciate Amaraizu, the President of the football club in Enugu, Olisa Onuchukwu an ex-stuttgart FC of Germany player and now in charge of Nnewi United FC of Anambra state, thanked the Inspector General of Police, IGP Mohammed Abubakar Adamu for the POCACOV initiative of the Nigeria Police Force which is nationally coordinated by Amaraizu and further remarked that he has been able to use sports and football and the turf in particular to bring value to the society in terms of youth value reorientation, uniting the youth and good engagement with particular reference to the Coal City Neighbourhood football league(Bolu Ogbe) organized by POCACOV/GOFEC in partnership with Enugu state Ministry of Youth and Sports Development.

According to Onuchukwu, “I know Ebere Amaraizu as a sports and football administrator. I have worked with him as his consultant in Crimebusters football club of Enugu and he is the South East Director of the Nigeria Nationwide League One (NLO) and he is doing well.

“We the All Stars International Football Club appreciates his football gestures in Enugu and in Nigeria and his ability to use football to foster unity, peace, coordinate the youth using POCACOV and crusade against cultism and other vices in the society.

The presentations of the sourvenir/gift items by the All Stars International FC Enugu was done on their behalf by an Ex-Rangers International FC defender Michael Ogbududu alias Duduyee.

Responding, the National Coordinator POCACOV and the South East Director of the Nationwide League One, Amaraizu, thanked All Stars International FC Enugu for the recognition which he described as that which will further challenge him to put in his best in the service of Nigeria, society and humanity. He, however, dedicated the moment to lovers and seekers of peace and promoters of the roundleathergame the football.

All Stars International FC Enugu is made up of local, national and international football veterans such as Chairman Christain Chukwu, Stanley Okoronkwo, Emmanuel Okalla, Okey Emordi, Chief Harrison Ifeatu Okagbue alias MMIMI 1 an Ex-Rangers Player and Former Ugandan National Team Coach the Cranes of Uganda, Ifeanyi Onyedika, Benedict Ugwu alias Surugede amongst others.
