The the Governors of the South-East region has launched its own joint security outfit codenamed EBUBEAGU.
This is contained in the communique read by the Chairman of the South East Governors forum, Engr. Dave Umahi at the end of the security meeting between the governors, stakeholders and security chiefs in the region at Owerri, the Imo state capital.
