Rev. Fr. Ejike Mbaka’s Catholic Adoration Ministry, Enugu has dismissed the claim by Primate Ayodele that his (Mbaka’s) Prophecy is responsible for the deteriorating state of security in Imo State as “mere gossip”.
The Spiritual Head of INRI Evangelical Church, Primate Elijah Babatunde Ayodele, had berated Rev. Fr. Ejike Mbaka, the Spiritual Director of Adoration Ministries, Emene, Enugu State for the spate of insecurity in Imo State.
The Primate made the claim during an interview with Tai Anyanwu of New Telegraph stating that Mbaka must apologise for the “false and misleading prophecy” which he insists, is the cause of the ongoing turmoil in Imo state.
Reacting, the spokesperson of the Ministry Maximus Ugwuoke said that it was pointless reacting to such gossip, adding that the official reaction will come from the Spiritual Director himself, Fr. Mbaka, if there’s any need for such.
“I don’t know about what you are talking about now; I’m just hearing it for the first time. It’s Father (Mbaka) that should react to such things, not me. I don’t know why the Father’s prophecy should cause problems.
Do prophecies cause problems? “I don’t have any official mandate to react to such an unserious gossip. I will call it gossip,” Ugwuoke said.
