Protest on Wednesday erupted in Enugu following the sudden disappearance and alleged abduction of the controversial Catholic Priest and Spiritual Director of Adoration Ministry Enugu, Nigeria (AMEN), Rev. Fr. Ejike Mbaka.

The protesters who are mostly Adoration faithfuls this afternoon stormed Catholic Bishop’s court over the missing of the cleric.

They marched from Adoration ground where they were supposed to hold Wednesday program, “I no dey” to Bishop’s court requesting for Father Mbaka’s whereabouts.

The angry protesters, mostly youths, destroyed flower vases and smashed glass windows of the Bishop Court building.

Some of the placards reads; No Mbaka, no Bishop, Where is Mbaka, Bishop Umu nwa, Daddy where are you, we are missing you.

It was not immediately clear where the cleric must have been taken to by his abductors at the time of filing this report.
