It should be noted that as a student of University of Nigeria Enugu Campus, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi was a renowned christian fellowship leader,a sanctimonious lifestyle he lived that molded him into what he has become today ,no wonder at the assumption of his Office as the Governor of Enugu State he entrusted the State into the hands of God with the popular slogan *Enugu State Is In The Hands of God*. It is worthy of note that Governor Ugwuanyi relates with all christian leaders across the State, southern Nigeria and the country at large,this could be evidently seen in his relationship with the Catholic Community and its leadership, Anglican Church and its Leadership,Pentecostal Churches and their Leaderships, as well as Hausa Community and its Muslim Leadership.

Over 90 per cent youths as SSAs, over 95 per cent Youths as SAs and hundreds of youths as Technical Assistants in this Administration.
It is worthy to note that; Governor Ugwuanyi’s mentorship traits has shaped the mindset and activities of several SAs who believe that an opportunity given to serve in the Government is aptly to serve humanity towards the development of the society for posterity because when you build the youths you are consciously building the nation.

Governor Ugwuanyi’s magic wand in developing the rural areas of Enugu State is roundly applauded by the rural beneficiaries and dwellers. The contructions, renovation and equipment of over one thousand primary schools in the urban and rural areas is a testimonial to Governor Ugwuanyi’s administrative giant strides.
The type-3 hospitals built and medically equipped across the length and breath of Enugu State is worthy of commendation.
Over 600 kilometer roads and several bridges in the rural areas awarded and constructed by Governor Ugwuanyi’s administration is timely and historic of a Leader.
