Rev Obinna Maduakonam an Ebonyi-based Cleric has called on Nigerians to change their approach in seeking for solutions to their problems insisting that the country “can’t win this war in the way we’re going.”

The preacher also lamented that Nigeria have have become and object of ridicule. “Our neighbours are now laughing at us, some are happy over our condition. We have become angry pigs, who after delivering her child, turn and eat her baby.”

He also called on Nigerians to”stop chasing the shadow and do the right thing now” as “this time doesn’t ask you whether you are a Christian or Muslim, believer or not, Igbo, Hausa or Yoruba. Educated or not, rich or poor because the war doesn’t have boundary.”

Rev Maduakonam opined that the only way Nigeria can come out of the many challenges facing her is through fervent prayers.

In his public message tagged” Nigeria Problem And It’s Way Out,” the preacher called on all Nigerians, home and abroad and lovers of Nigeria to him in “21 days of fasting/prayer” which will commence on July 1st and end on 21st of July. He said the fasting can be 6-12, 6-3 or 6-6.

He encouraged those that wish to join the prayer session to pray the following prayer:

“Oh God, you that made man, have mercy on us, we have sinned against you, we have gone astray, forgive us all our sins as a person, family, village/community, local government, state and as a nation we’re.

“Oh! God, send us your Angels from Heaven to fight for us now. Oh! God, come and fight out battle, destroy our destroyers, confuse our enemies to kill themselves in Jesus name!”
