The Speaker of the Kebbi State House of Assembly Hon. Ismaila Abdulmummuni Kamba and his deputy, Muhammadu Buhari Aliyu has been Impeached.
It was gathered that 20 out of 24 House Members endorsed their impeachment which took place on the floor of the House on Tuesday, 24th August, 2021.
Subsequently, Muhammad Abubakar Lolo, member representing Bagudo West, has been sworn in as the new speaker while the new deputy speaker is Mohammaed Usman Zuru, member representing Zuru constituency.
