Dr. Peter Adogbejire Mrakpor, SAN, the  former commissioner for justice in Delta State was on ground to welcome the former speaker of Delta State houses of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Solomon Edoja, Agwonigho and others that ditched the All Progressives Congress, APC back to the ruling PDP in the state.

Mrakpor who was in Edjophe, Ughelli South local government, Delta State on Friday addressed newsmen shortly after a meeting with top PDP Chieftains and some party stakeholders at his Private residence said he was in Sapele to formerly welcome his brothers and Friends Olorogun Francis Agwonigho, Olorogun Solomon Edoja and Rt. Hon. Monday Igbuya and their numerous supporters back to the PDP and to assure them of his unflinching love .

According to Dr. Mrakpor, PDP is a great party built with solid foundation around the people and would always work in the interest of the people.

He appealed to all members of the party to ensure they work together going forward to deliver the party in the coming elections.

“I came here today to felicitate with my brothers, friends, Uncles, Sisters and mothers for coming back to our Noble party with this large crowd, it indeed shows that PDP is the biggest party in the whole of west Africa.

“I join our Distinguished Governor, Sen. Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa and entire good people of Delta Central to heartly and warmly welcome our brothers Chief Agwonigho, Igbuya and Edoja today into our fold as one indivisible family, because in the spirit of oneness, we are united as brothers.”

Dr. Mrakpor who join his Excellency to thank the party (PDP), home and abroad for opening their arms to welcome their sons and daughters back home, says “such hospitality shall never exit from them.

“I know that PDP has been doing great in the state with several developmental projects cut across the state and I know that having them come to PDP where there are no restrictions, they will do more for the people,” Mrakpor said.
