Gunmen have in the early hours of Monday kidnapped a catholic priest of Kafanchan Diocese, Reverend Joseph Shekari.
Reports says the Priest was abducted from his residence at Ikulu Fari in Chawai village of Kauru Local Government Area of Kaduna State.
It was also learnt that the gun men had also shot and killed a yet to be identified cook working in the parish house during the attack.
The gun men also carted away with an undisclosed amount of money from the priest’s house during the attack, channels TV reports.
