It’s a sad day for Nigeria as the country won’t be present at the final world showpiece in the game of football scheduled to take place in Qatar later this year.

Nigeria played a barren draw with the Black Stars of Ghana in Accra on the 26th of March, 2022.

However, in the return leg played on Tuesday night at the Moshood Abiola Stadium, the Nigerian national team, the Super Eagles drew 1-1 in a game they needed an outright win.

This made the Ghana’s national team to progress on goal aggregate dashing the hopes of Nigeria to participate in the 2022 World Cup.

The Nigerian team were crappy with the ball as their was no cohesion in the team. The technical crew were below average as they couldn’t change their pattern of play when Ghanaians frustrated their game plan.
