If we thoroughly peruse through the list of  past political representatives from Nkanu East listed below, we’d notice that Nkanu South Development Center had only produced a Chairman in the person of Hon. Ambrose Ani (Amity) of blessed memory from Nomeh, who served on a transition capacity for some months.

As it’s famously postulated thus; “he who comes to equity must come with clean hands!”

Below is our common political patrimony and how it has been distributed thus far.

Nkanu Central through Hon. Callistus Nnamani from Ihuokpara have had their turn, Asu Nkanu through Rt. Hon. John Anichukwu from Nara have also had their turn, AmaNkanu through Rt. Hon Paul Nnajiofor (JP) from Owo is winding up his second term in office, it’s only fair, for sake of justice and equity which has always been our watch word for our collective push towards having an Nkanu Easterner occupy the Lion Building come 2023 that Nkanu South Development Center be allowed to produce the next House of Assembly Member that will represent us.
