A former Minister of Aviation, Mrs Stella Adaeze Oduah has arrived before the Federal High Court in Abuja over alleged N7.9 billion fraud charges ranging from conspiracy and money laundering, as well as maintaining anonymous bank accounts.
Oduah alongside other defendants will be arraigned before Justice Inyang Ekwo.
The Federal Government’s lawyer, Dr Hassan Liman, SAN, has also arrived in court while about five Senior Advocates of Nigeria are also in court to defend the Senator and her co-defendants.
Other defendants in the case are Gloria Odita, Nwosu Emmanuel Nnamdi, Chukwuma Irene Chinyere, Global Offshore, and Marine Limited, Tip Top Global Resources Limited, Crystal Television Limited, Sobora International Limited, and a foreign construction company.
