A serving member of Anambra state House of Assembly Dr Okechukwu Okoye has been kidnapped.
The lawmaker popularly known as Okey Di Okay was kidnapped some minutes ago around 6pm almost same time JOURNALIST101 reports that a police officer was shot dead in the same local government- Aguata.
Hon Okoye represents Aguata North, same community as the governor of the state, Professor Charles Chukwuma Soludo.
Though details of his kidnap is still sketchy, our correspondent gathered that the lawmaker was whisked away from his black Sienna car within his Constituency.
