The process of electing House of Assembly candidates in PDP in Enugu State has been completed and winner announced. My teeming supporters, I appreciate your doggedness and commitment towards the course. We all worked diligently, but the truth remains that there must be a winner and a looser in a contest. We may not have lost, but have done our best in our first outing ever.
I hereby accept the outcome of the primaries and congratulate the winner of the just concluded Awgu South State constituency primary election in PDP, and pledging loyalty to a political party means that one has to accept its decisions at every given time.
I have long pledged my loyalty to the leader of our great party PDP, Gov. Ifeanyichukwu Ugwuanyi with the assurance that whatever he decides, I shall follow. I made this proclamation knowing the fact that I would contest election and at the end, a winner or looser would emerge.
I hereby commit to working with the incoming House Member, Hon. Anthony Nwankwo as we look forward to winning the general election come 2023.
