Blockchain and Cryptocurrency Awareness Tour, BCAT, has revealed plans to set up a digital hub in the South East starting from Enugu State.
BCAT Team Leader and CEO of CryptoTvplus, Mr. Tony Emeka, disclosed this on Saturday at the well attended Tour, 2022 held at Amadeo event centre Enugu.
Mr. Emeka said the digital hub is one of the ways that BCAT events will be sustained adding that the hub will deliver be both online and offline training for those that enroll to be in hub.
“The hub will be an incubation ground for raw talents to be harnessed and also ensure that the achievements of BCAT in the past 3 years doesn’t die off. The hub will create an opportunity for people in the Blockchain industry to have access to skilled digital workforce and a place for new skills to meet modern trends.
“The hub will train people that will earn the same amount with their contemporaries across the globe as they will be offering the same value.
The CryptoTvplus Boss said they’re doing this because the youths needs help and the hub is coming to offer them this help.
Speaking further, Mr. Tony Emeka also disclosed that BCAT will be introducing ‘BCAT E-SPORTS COMPETITION’ which will have winners from across the 5 South East States.
“We will be having a BCAT E-sports competition and the competitors will be drawn from the 5 states of the South East and the winners will go home with huge sums.”
The Tour is leading a campaign to tell young persons that there are more opportunities online than going into crime and Blockchain technology is there to make a whole lot of difference, provide opportunities and transform lives.

Mr. Tony said they’re in the South East for a tour in partnership with Binance to “tell young persons that the space isn’t only for selling and buying crypto as there are a lot of things one can benefit on the Block Chain Technology.
“The essence of BCAT is to create people that can make money from the space without trading. Blockchain technology isn’t about crypto and a lot of persons have been blinded by this belief.
“Trading is one out of the many opportunities and BCAT is here to tell the people of the South East region that you can be a developer, you can be a content creator and you can be a moderator or even an ambassador and earn from Blockchain.
“We’re in the South East to tell them that there are a lot of things you can do and earn legitimate money.”
