A Prominent Politician in Nigeria Alhaji Sanusi Babban Tanko from Bauchi State, has called on Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, the Flag bearer of the All Progressives Congress (APC) to be magnanimous in victory by joining forces with Senator Kabiru Gaya, former Kano State Governor.
Babban Tanko who is the first person to donate campaign office to Tinubu in Northern Nigeria and a director in northern Alliance Committee said that Senator Gaya is presently “the longest serving Senator in the Senate who has serve with distinction and to the admiration of millions of Nigerians who have been following the trending issues in the Red Chamber.
“If Tinubu can extend hand of fellowship to Senator Gaya and other Compatriots despite belonging to different Camp in the just concluded Presidential Primaries, then, it could be said that he is a great apostle of politics without bitterness as exemplified by the late
Mallam Aminu Kano, the doyin of Kano Politics and a great Kano Political icon of the first and 2nd Republic
“For the records, Alhaji Gaya’s influence towers above his adversaries as his impact can be felt in Jigawa, North-west and the entire country as a whole. He holds the key to the 3 K’s Asiwaju Tinubu is banking on to win the 2023 Presidency. He has a lot of followers in this Zone and will be willing to work so hard on the emergence of Tinubu’s Presidency come 2023.”
Alhaji Sanusi who’s one of the frontline campaigners for the APC standard bearer, also commended Tinubu on his “visit to other Contestants geared towards promoting peace and tranquility. This is a great manifestation of true leadership, which will help our great party in achieving success at all levels.”
He appealled to all party faithful’s to always remain loyal and steadfast as they all work for the greater successes of their great party come 2023, for the overall development of the country.
