The government of Abia State has solved the electricity challenge in Ozuitem, Bende Local government area leading to the restoration of power supply in the community.
This followed the concerted effort of the Executive Governor of Abia State Dr Okezie Victor Ikpeazu.
The community which has experienced darkness following rainstorm that destroyed the High tension and low tension electricity cables can now boast of new High tension, Low tension and new cables Courtesy of the Governor.
It will be recalled that the Governor had in August, approved some intervention projects for Bende Local Government Area which included the Ozuitem Electricification project.
The traditional ruler of the community HRH Eze John Akaliro while thanking the Governor for his intervention in his community, said the people of Umuobasiukwu will reciprocate the gesture done to them by the Governor.
