The presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Mr Peter Obi, has officially lodged an appeal at the Supreme Court seeking nullification of the judgment of the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal—PEPT that upheld President Tinubu’s victory in the last election.

In the 51 ground of Appeal, Mr. Peter Obi respectfully pray the Supreme Court to:
a. To allow this Appeal.
b. To set aside the perverse Judgment of the Court below.
c. Grant the Reliefs sought in the Petition, either in the main or in the alternative.
