Senator Kelvin Chukwu, representing the Enugu East Senatorial District, has expressed his heartfelt congratulations to Prof. Nnam Victor, the former Enugu State Commissioner for Lands and Urban Development, on his recent elevation to a Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Surveyors (NIS).
In a congratulatory letter released to the media on Sunday, Senator Chukwu hailed the honour as a well-deserved recognition of Prof. Nnam’s extensive dedication, professional excellence, and service to the surveying profession.
“I hereby felicitate with you on the occasion of your investiture and elevation to the very prestigious rank of Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Surveyors,” the Senator stated.
He emphasized that this recognition was not a mere coincidence but rather the result of “hard work, dedication, and meritorious service to your professional institution over the years.”
While commending Prof. Victor Nnam for reaching “the zenith of your professional career,” Senator Chukwu expressed optimism that this elevation would encourage even greater contributions to national development.
“It is my prayer that God Almighty grants you the wisdom and strength to continue to promote the objectives of your great institution in service to our dear nation,” he added.
The Senator also highlighted the pride felt by the people of Enugu East regarding Prof. Nnam’s achievements.

The investiture ceremony is set to take place on Tuesday, May 6, 2025.
