Senator Osita Ngwu, representing Enugu West Senatorial District, has extended his heartfelt congratulations to Professor Victor Chukwuemeka Nnam, the former Commissioner for Lands and Urban Development in Enugu State, on his recent elevation to the esteemed rank of Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Surveyors (NIS).
