The Enugu State chapter of the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN) has expressed its heartfelt congratulations to Professor Victor Nnam, former Commissioner for Lands and Urban Development in Enugu State, on his recent elevation to the prestigious rank of Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Surveyors (NIS).
