A Federal Capital Territory (FCT) High Court in Apo, Abuja, has ordered the final forfeiture of more than N9 billion worth of assets linked to businesswoman Aisha Achimugu to the Federal Government.

The forfeited assets include jewellery valued at N4.645 billion, 11 exotic vehicles worth N4.293 billion, $50,000 in cash and an additional N30 million.

Justice Jude Onwugbuzie issued the final forfeiture order on Thursday, July 16, 2026, while delivering judgment on an application filed by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

The anti-graft agency had approached the court seeking the permanent forfeiture of the assets after earlier securing an interim order.

With the latest ruling, the jewellery, luxury vehicles, cash and dollar holdings have now been permanently forfeited to the Federal Government.
