MTN Nigeria has restored telecommunications services in parts of Enugu State following a service disruption that affected customers on Monday.
The telecommunications company confirmed the restoration in a statement issued through its MTN Support Services account on Tuesday, apologising to subscribers affected by the outage.
“Service Restored!
“We sincerely apologise for the challenges experienced yesterday with our services in parts of Enugu State.
“The issue has been resolved, and services are fully restored,” the company said.
MTN, however, advised customers who may still be experiencing connectivity problems to restart their devices to reconnect to the network.
“Still having issues? Please restart your device to reconnect,” it added.
The company thanked its customers for their patience and understanding during the disruption.
