The claim by president Buhari that he has the necessary certificates to contest for NigeriaNigeria’s top seat have suffered another set back following the recent information released by the institute about him submitting his credentials with them.
According to the War college, they don’t have any credentials of Muhammad Buhari because it wasn’t a requirement to attend the college as at when President Buhari attended the college.
“Prior to the introduction of the Master of Strategic Studies (MSS) degree in 2000, the US Army War college curriculum was a professional military programme.
No undergraduate or graduate credentials were required/submitted for attendance” the War college said.
Their response is coming in response to a Freedom of Information Act request.
Recall that the president and his handlers had in the past, boasted that the president had an outstanding credentials which was part of the requirements needed for him to attend the US war college.
With this development, we await responses from the presidency.
