The Supreme Court of Nigeria has made available, a copy of the judgement why the governor of Imo state as declared by INEC, Ihedioha of the PDP was sacked.
The apex court had in her ruling on the 15th of January, upheld the appeal of Hope Uzodinma of the APC declaring him the duly elected governor of the state.
