There’s a huge victory for the embattled National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, as Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja has granted a stay of execution on the order delivered by Justice Danlami Senchi of the FCT high court Jabu, which suspended Adams Oshiomole as the national chairman of the APC.

The appeal court has adjourned hearing to Friday, March 20th.

In another development, a Federal High Court sitting in Maitama, Abuja, has granted an interim order allowing Victor Giadom to pilot the affairs of the All Progressives Congress (APC) as acting chairman and to preside over all National Executive Council meetings of the APC.

However, it’s expected that the ruling of a higher court, ‘Court of Appeal’ will override the recent order granted by the FCT High Court.
