Enugu State, South East Nigeria has recorded four news cases of the coronavirus.
According to Obi Emmanuel Ikechukwu, the Commissioner for Health, Enugu State, the 4 new confirmed COVID-19 cases are 2 adults and 2 children.
The Commissioner also disclosed that the news patients though native of Bauchi state, they reside in Enugu and travelled to Plateau State with the third reported case.
With this development, the total number of confirmed cases in Enugu is 8 while 2 has been discharged and 6 active.
