Ex Super Eagles international player, Chikelue Iloenyosi has joined many Nigerians and groups to identify with the Inspector General of Police IGP Mohammed Abubakar Adamu on the Police Campaign Against Cultism and Other Vices (POCACOV) Initiative.

Iloenyosi described POCACOV as a well structured children and youths oriented programme aimed at saving them from the claws of cultism and other vices and also providing them that leadership direction through advocacy, awareness creation and sensitization, re-orientation amongst others.

According to Chikelue also known as general during his playing days; “we have seen POCACOV and all its programme/activities and it is all about saving Nigerian Children and Youths from the claws of cultism, Sexual and gender based Violence, Substance Abuse, Thuggery/Violence and other vices.”

Iloenyosi who’s also the Board of Trustees Chairman of 042 Football Legends Association, commended the Inspector General of Police IGP Mohammed Abubakar Mohammed for this “all important programme which is community driven and oriented.

“We salute the efforts of the National Coordinator CSP Ebere Amaraizu in driving the initiative across the federation hence all of us at 042 Football Legends Association have declared our support and partnership as a group to this laudable initiative of the Nigeria Police Force to ensure that it is sustained.

“This is a very laudable programme, we need to sensitize our children and youths for a better society, safe and secured nation and we want to ensure that all well meaning Nigerians join hands to ensure its sustenance,” iloenyosi said.
