The incessant attack on police formations in the South East has continued as another station was attacked in Ebonyi State on Saturday night.
The recent attack is on Abaomege police station, Onicha local government area of and after the incident, a police officer attached to the station has been declared missing.
The attack, which took place around 8pm on Saturday according to TheSun newspaper also led to the hospitalisation of another officer who sustained injury during the attack.
The injured policeman is currently receiving treatment in an undisclosed hospital in the state.
It was also gathered that the attack on the police station wasn’t completely successful as the gunmen failed to gain full access into the station.
