The triumph of Chelsea football club over Real Madrid in the champions league semi final game played on Wednesday has brought fortune to singer, Peter Okoye of the defunct PSquare group.
The singer who goes by the stage name MrP took to his twitter page to announce that he won a bet of $100,000 following Chelsea’s victory.
Chelsea beat the Spanish giant, Real Madrid 3-1 on aggregate in the UEFA Champions’ league semi final.
Writing on his twitter page, Peter Okoye said;
“Who would believe I am $100k richer tonight after Chelsea’s win against Madrid.”
He also said that the person that placed the bet with him is willing to stake a higher amount in the final game.
“And the individual is about to $200k Bet again in the finals against Man city. I smell more money.”

Chelsea will square up with their English side counterpart, Mancity in the final game after the later sent the French side; PSG home in their semi final game played on Tuesday.
