Aloy Ejimakor, the special counsel to the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu Kanu, has described as “tales by the moonlight” the statements of the Attorney-General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami.
Malami at a press briefing on Friday claimed Mr Kanu and IPOB were behind several killings and arson in South-East. He also alleged that Mr Kanu instigated the burning of the Oba of Lagos palace, BRT buses and other public infrastructure during last year’s #EndSARS protest.
Ejimakor in a tweet on Saturday, said the statements of the AGF “are highly prejudicial, defamatory and in contempt of court.” Adding that the comments aren’t true.
He maintained that: “The truth is that Extraordinary Rendition is an act of State terrorism and nothing can ever whitewash it.” while stressing that: “The only way out is to #FreeNnamdiKanu. Simple!”
Malami’s new tales by the moonlight are highly prejudicial, defamatory and in contempt of court. Plus, it’s not true.
The truth is that Extraordinary Rendition is an act of State terrorism and nothing can ever whitewash it. The only way out is to #FreeNnamdiKanu. Simple!
