Lawmakers in Plateau State have impeached the Speaker of the House of Assembly, Hon. Abok Ayuba
He was impeached on Thursday morning after a vote of no confidence by members of the Assembly.
The lawmakers appointed Sanda Yakubu, member representing Pingana constituency in the state’s Bassa Local Government Area, to replace the impeached speaker.
