…Make arrest and seizure of Cannabis and other hard drugs
Troops of 401 Special Forces Brigade and operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) have successfully carried out a joint operation to arrest dealers of hard drugs in the North Bank general area of Makurdi, an area noted for drugs peddling, cultists acitivities and theft.
Troops of the Brigade conducting Operation ENDURING PEACE were drafted to join NDLEA personnel in the operation which led to the arrest of 18 suspects in possession of large quantity of hard drugs including Cannabis and Tramadol.
Troops of 401 SF Brigade and sister security agencies in Benue State are currently conducting a joint operation codenamed Operation ENDURING PEACE which is aimed at fostering a much safer environment in Benue State as the yuletide session approaches.
The arrested suspects are being investigated as the security agencies continue their joint operations.
Law abiding citizens are enjoined to provide useful information on criminals to aid the security agencies in engendering a safer environment.
