The naira at the end of trading on Tuesday, June 3, 2025 maintained its positive rally against the United States dollars.
According to the data published on the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) official website, the naira exchanged at N1,579.2750 per dollar on the Nigerian Foreign Exchange Market (NFEM).
This mean the value ot the local ccurrency appreciated by over N2 when compared to the value on Monday the naira exchanged for N1,581.5866 per dollar.
The story was also positive at the parallel foreign exchange market as the Nigerian currency gained N10 against the dollar.
Bureau de Change operators in Wuse Zone 4, Abuja, said the local currency strengthened to N1610 per dollar on Monday from N1620 exchanged on Wednesday.
