The Enugu Chapter of the Noble Peace Club International has commended its Governor, Barrister Chime Chigbo, popularly known as Gov. Caezer, describing him as a leader whose commitment to integrity, accountability and selfless service continues to inspire members of the organisation.

In a statement issued on Saturday by the chapter’s media team, the organisation said Gov. Caezer’s leadership reflects the core ideals of the Noble Peace Club International, including peace, justice and principled leadership.

According to the statement, the Enugu Chapter has continued to strengthen its role in promoting dialogue, community service and ethical leadership under his stewardship.

The group noted that Gov. Caezer has distinguished himself through a leadership style anchored on humility, accessibility and an unwavering commitment to doing what is right.

“Gov. Caezer leads not by noise, but by example. His stewardship reflects the core values of the Noble Peace Club: peace, justice, and uprightness. Members describe him as deliberate, accessible, and unwavering in his commitment to truth — even when it is inconvenient,” the statement read.

The organisation further stated that the chapter has prioritised community sensitisation programmes, youth mentorship and advocacy for good governance since he assumed office.

It added that its leadership philosophy remains focused on character, service and accountability.

“The approach is simple: lead with character, serve with humility, and refuse to normalize what is wrong,” it stated.

The chapter described Gov. Caezer as “a replica of uprightness,” saying his leadership serves as a reminder that lasting peace is built on personal integrity and public accountability.

“In a time when leadership is often tested, Gov. Caezer represents a replica of uprightness, a reminder that peace begins with personal conviction and public accountability,” the statement added.
