Ejimakor and Nnamdi Kanu in Court on 21st October, 2021

Aloy Ejimakor, special counsel to the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, has stated the first condition to commence any dialogue with Nnamdi Kanu.

There has been an increased demand for dialogue to release Kanu who’s currently facing treasonable felony acts of terrorism.

Also, appearing on AriseTV on Wednesday, 11th November, the Attorney-General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami, said that the Federal Government hasn’t ruled out any option in resolving cases concerning the duo of Nnamdi Kanu, Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB and Sunday Igboho of Yoruba Nation Movement.

However, in a tweet on Friday, Ejimakor said “Nobody can initiate any dialogue until Onyendu Kanu is released.”

He maintained that “this must be the 1st step, because it’s only MNK that has the vires to lead any dialogue.

The tweet reads:

DIALOGUE?

Nobody can initiate any dialogue until Onyendu #Kanu is released. This must be the 1st step, because it’s only MNK that has the vires to lead any dialogue.

The release of Mandela from prison was the 1st step in the dialogue that led to ending apartheid in South Africa.
