Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq and the Ilorin Emirate Descendants Progressive Union (IEDPU) have congratulated the Mutawali of Ilorin, Alhaji Alimi AbdulRazaq, on his 70th birthday, paying tribute to his enduring contributions to the development of the Ilorin Emirate and Kwara State.
In separate goodwill messages, the governor and the IEDPU described the elder statesman as a respected community leader whose dedication to public service, philanthropy and the promotion of peace has earned him admiration within and beyond the Ilorin Emirate.
The governor and the union wished the Mutawali many more years in good health, wisdom and strength, expressing confidence that he would continue to play a vital role in advancing the socio-economic development of the Ilorin Emirate and Nigeria.
